Please provide three photos of the received item from different angles to expedite the process. In such cases, returning the incorrect item is not necessary.
Non-Qualifying Issues:

Items Not Received After 30 Days:
If your order has not arrived within 30 days (excluding cases where the carrier's tracking indicates delivery), you are eligible for a free replacement. A replacement order with the same shipping speed as the original will be initiated. If tracking shows the item as delivered, please contact your local post office for assistance.
